The HEAT is on!

RMAYSA Rocky Mount HEAT '93 Classic Girls Soccer Team

The Rocky Mount HEAT has one of the few professionally coached teams for all of Eastern North Carolina.  The team structure provides administrative support through a parental board.  This allows our coaches to focus on the field with the players.  Furthermore, generous sponsorships have allowed the HEAT a superior program at a value which is simply unavailable by most quality programs we compete favorably with around the state.  The success of this format is undeniable and we feel fortunate to have such quality of people associated with the HEAT.  The invaluable contributions to the team are appreciated more than can be stated.

The HEAT was formed by an extremely dedicated core group of players and their families. These talented young girls have experienced nearly five years of highly successful tournament and upper level league play including two State Games Championships (2002 & 2003) and the National SuperClubs Tournament Championship in July of 2004 at the Walt Disney Sports Complex, and an undefeated season at Classic level for Fall 04.  December of 2004 brought us back home to Rocky Mount with renewed committment to our core values.  The ensuing year brought huge changes with new organization, coaches, and new players.   Undaunted, HEAT ended 2005 with an undefeated 12-0-0 season and the following Classic Spring season with an impressive 8-3-0.  The 2006-2007 season brought continued success with a 9-4-1 record in Division Two play.  The enthusiasm and support of our families is unparalleled.  The passion for our girls and the game of soccer makes the HEAT a great place to be.
